At Mhya Jaguar Gowns, we are dedicated to creating breathtaking, high-fashion gowns of exceptional artistry. Because our luxury gowns are meticulously crafted to each bride's unique specifications, our return and refund policies are structured as follows:
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Gowns
All custom designs, bespoke creations, and made-to-order gowns are Final Sale.
No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges: Once fabric procurement and production have commenced (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation and deposit payment), the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Deposits: All initial design fees and production deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your production timeline and specialized materials.
2. The Production Agreement & Client Sign-Off
We prioritize your absolute satisfaction through a transparent design process.
Before production begins, clients must review and sign off on final sketches, fabric selections, and measurements.
Mhya Jaguar is not responsible for fit issues resulting from weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, or changes in body measurements that occur after the final measurement sign-off date.
3. Order Cancellations (Grace Period)
We understand that plans can change. We offer a brief grace period for standard made-to-order purchases:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled between 24 and 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase price.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after 48 hours.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Every gown undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality control inspection before shipping or final pickup. However, if your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect:
You must contact our concierge team at concierge@mhyajaguar.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide detailed photographs and a description of the issue.
If a defect is verified by our design team, Mhya Jaguar will arrange and cover the cost of immediate, prioritized alterations or a replacement. Refunds for verified defects are only issued if a replacement cannot be completed before your documented wedding date.
5. Ready-to-Wear & Sample Sale Pieces (If Applicable)
Sample Sales: All sample sale gowns, archival pieces, and accessory sales are sold "as-is" and are strictly Final Sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Ready-to-Wear/Accessories: Unaltered, unworn accessories (such as veils or detachable elements) may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original luxury packaging with all security tags intact.
